Refund and Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds will be honored if received four full working days before the start of the meeting. However, substitutions will be accepted at any time. SDSU may cancel the meeting due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the meeting is canceled, SDSU will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
